PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a priming processing method for blood circuit using inversely filtrated dialysate solution as a priming liquid for obtaining a sufficient flow rate enough for cleaning the inside of a blood circuit. SOLUTION: A blood purifying device is provided with a blood circuit 1 having a blood purifier 3, an artery side line 41, and a vein side line 42 and a dialysate circuit 2, and a blood pump 8, an artery side drip chamber 51, a vein side drip chamber 52, and an overflow tube 7 are connected on the blood circuit 1. In the blood purifying device, priming processing is carried out when patient puncture side end parts 61, 62 of the artery side line 41 and the vein side line 42 are connected to each other for forming the blood circuit 1 into a closed system, a dialysate introduced into the blood purifier 3 is inversely filtrated so that the inside of the blood circuit 1 is filled with the dialysate while being cleaned, and the dialysate charged inside the blood circuit 1 is circulated.
