PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion which is easily manufactured and comfortable in use and of which a part to be folded is hardly reduced in strength in comparison with other parts. SOLUTION: The cushion constitutes furniture 2 such as a rising/flattening- type bed, chair, or mattress and can be folded along a predetermined folding line L. One or a plurality of spot-shaped recessed parts 3 are opened at least in a valley-side surface in the folding line L.
