PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry properly out the extraction of a frozen dessert regardless of the kind and state of the frozen dessert. SOLUTION: The frozen dessert-producing device provided with extraction nozzles 2A, 2B, characterized in that each of the extraction nozzles comprises a cylindrical extraction cylinder 11, an extraction piston 12 which is movably disposed in the extraction cylinder 11 and extracts the frozen dessert or stops the extraction, a sealing portion 14 which is disposed in the extraction piston 12 and placed in response to a frozen dessert-supplying passage 13 at the frozen dessert extraction-stopping position of the extraction piston 12, a throttled portion 17 which is formed under the sealing portion of the extraction piston 12 and downward inclined in the central axis of the extraction piston 12, and a cylinder 18 which is downward extended from the thin portion 17A of the throttled portion 17.
