PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing frozen sweet in which the inner tube of a mix feeder is readily inserted into an outer tube. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing frozen sweet comprises the mix feeder 9 provided with the outer tube 75 stood in a hopper 2, an introduction hole 78 formed in the outer tube 75, the inner tube 76 detachably and rotatably inserted from above into the interior of the outer tube 75, a communicating hole 82 formed in the inner tube 76 and composing an introduction passage by making the communicating hole 82 coincide with the introduction hole 78 and a sealing material 77 attached to the lower lateral face of the inner tube 76 and coming into close contact with the inner surface of the outer tube 75. The inner surface of the outer tube 75 is formed into a shape for gradually extending upward.
