摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cellulase composition not containing detergents and β-glucosidase effective for the isolation of cellooligosaccharides by using a fungus. SOLUTION: This cellulase composition not containing β-glucosidase is produced by using the fungus obtained by means of deleting β-glucosidase expressible gene from the genome of a fungus producing a cellulase composition containing β-glucosidase.
