PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insulator ceramic composition capable of being obtained by the firing at a low temperature of <=1,000 deg.C, capable of being cosintered with Ag and Cu, having a high Q-value, excellent in mechanical strength, and suitable for a high-frequency use. SOLUTION: This insulator ceramic composition obtained by mixing an MgO-MgAl2O3-based ceramic with a borosilicate-based glass, and firing the resultant mixture has at least one kind of an MgAl2O4 crystal phase, an Mg3B2O6 crystal phase and an Mg2B2O5 crystal phase crystallized as a main crystal phase. |
