PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkage-diminishing agent for hydraulic materials of high general-purpose properties that manifest excellent crazing-inhibitory effect by sufficiently suppressing the progress of the dry shrinkage of the cured product, as the production cost of the hydraulic material is lowered by reducing the addition of the shrinkage- diminishing agent to the hydraulic material, a method of producing the same and a additive composition for hydraulic materials. SOLUTION: The objective shrink-diminishing agent for hydraulic material comprises at least one kind of polymer selected from the group consisting (a) a polymer that has a structure that one of oxyalkylene chains bearing a side chain including a carboxyl group links to the residue of the 2-30C compound having one active hydrogen atom, (b) a polymer that has a structure that one or more of oxyalkylene chains bearing a side chain including a carboxyl group links to the residue of a 4-30C compound having two active hydrogen atoms, (c) a polymer that has a structure that one or more of oxyalkylene chains bearing a side chain including a carboxyl group links to the residue of a 1-30C compound having three active hydrogen atoms and (d) a polymer that has a structure that one of oxyalkylene chains bearing a side chain including a carboxyl group links to the amine residue. |
