PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage storage constituted of a throw in port main body 1 installed and fixed at an optional position of a sink K and forming a throw in port 2 to throw in garbage and a storage main body 3 connected to the input port main body 1 and to store garbage easy to position the storage main body 3 and also easy to align in the height direction. SOLUTION: A contact wall 6 to make contact with one of a connecting part 4 provided on a storage main body 3 and a connection receiver part 5 of the throw in port main body 1 to be connected to the connecting part 4 is provided on the other of them. Additionally, an elevating mechanism to airtightly connect the throw in port main body 1 and the storage main body 3 to each other by elevating the storage main body 3 from a setting surface D and to fix the storage main body 3 on the sink K is provided on the storage main body 3 in the garbage storage.
