PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy tearing laminated film having excellent strength, heat resistance and dimensional stability and excellent in tearing linearity and an easy opening packaging bag susceptible to retort sterilizing treatment using the same. SOLUTION: In the easy tearing laminated film having at least one layer comprising a film (A) manufactured using a raw material wherein polyethylene terephthalate(PET) and polybutylene terephthalate (modified PBT) containing 5-20 weight% of a polyteytramethylene glycol unit with a molecular weight of 600-4,000 are mixed in a weight ratio of PET/modified PBT=70/30-95/5, the lamination strength with other film being in contact with the film (A) is set to 200 g/15 mm or more.
