PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an erroneous use of formed water and to obtain the desired modified water of a low concentration to a high concentration with a water reforming device of a diaphragm-less type. SOLUTION: This device has a flow-diverting valve 29 connected to a water feed path 22, a flow passage 27 connecting the flow-diverting valve 29 and an electrolytically mixed water supply path 30, a flow passage 28 connecting the flow-diverting valve 29 and an electroytic cell 26, a common salt tank 32 for feeding common salt to an electrolytic cell 26 internally having electrodes 24 and 25 and further a brine pump 34 and brine path 33. The electrolyzed which is electrolyzed and is formed in the electrolytic cell 26 is subject to flow diversion by the flow-diverting valve 29 and the flow rate radio of the flow passages 27 and 28 is controlled by the action of a control section 41. As a result, the electrolytically mixed water having an electrolyzed water concn. of a specified range may be obtained.
