PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating device capable of shortening coating time, simplifying a coating device and attaining excellent coating quality. SOLUTION: The coating device 10 is provided with a coating device 12 constituting a coating means for coating a work W with a coating material. The coating device 10 is provided with a power source device 14 constituting a power supply means for drying a coating material applied on the work W by supplying electricity to the work W to generate heat and electrodes 62a and 62b. The coating device 10 is further provided with a magnetic field generating device 16 and magnetic field generators 70a and 70b constituting a magnetic field generating means for uniformalizing the temperature of the work W by generating magnetic field in the work W and controlling the passage of current in the work W.
