PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap bubble blowing toy which has a structure rich in interest by generating whistle sound securely at every soap bubble blowing and is formed by considering safety against unexpected accidents in use. SOLUTION: This soap bubble blowing toy has a soap bubble blowing part 3 on the front end part and a blow-in hole 2 at the rear end. A sound generating mechanism part 4 equipped to enable whistle sound to be generated by vibrating a reed 12 for whistling and a protecting frame part 5 equipped with a band shape protecting member 8A to prevent the reed 12 to be splashed forward are equipped inside the toy body 1 formed hollow with an outer peripheral frame 9, and a mesh type protecting member 8 is equipped on the blow-in hole 2 to prevent the reed 12 to be splashed rearward.
