PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball game training apparatus which can sufficiently excite the desire of a trainee without increasing load of a managing person or the like. SOLUTION: A golf training apparatus is provided with a ball arrival detection means 7 to detect the arrival at a specified target position of a ball released from a trainee, a lottery means 16 to perform a lottery according to an output thereof, a number of ball limiting means 20 to limit the number of balls available for training by a trainee and a number of available ball increasing means 18 to increase the number of available balls to be limited by the number of ball limiting means 20 according to the results of the lottery by the lottery means 16. This provides a fun by the lottery to the trainee.
