PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a composite medical treatment and massage effect which are more excellent in characteristic than individual effects by solving such a problem that an effect more than that of each of separate devices cannot be obtained by a conventional massage machine comprising a mechanical mechanism and a compressed air unit which are separate from each other. SOLUTION: A medical treatment mechanism 6 having a vertically movable medical treatment operator 2 is disposed on a back seat portion 1b of a chair- type base body 1, air bags 3, 3', 5a, 5a of arbitrary number to be inflated/ deflated by the supply/exhaust of the air are appropriately disposed on locations on which the medical treatment mechanism 6 is installed so that the medical mechanism is driven and the air bags are inflated/deflated simultaneously or individually, and the composite effect of the characteristic of the mechanical medical treatment mechanism 6 and the characteristic of the air-type mechanism can be demonstrated by supplying/exhausting the compressed air to/from arbitrary air bag 3, 3', 5a, 5a.
