PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control that a center float runs on to the lump of miscellaneous matteres and uselessly vertically moves. SOLUTION: This rice transplanter characterized by disposing a land-grading roller 28 on the front side of a center float 12 vertically movably attached to a seedling-planting device 6 to press the impurities on the field surface into the field surface and additionally enlarging the ground pressure of the land- grading roller 28 in comparison with that of the center float 12 to be able to improve the uneven surface-grading ability of the land-grading roller 28.
