PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device having both the conventional interlocking function and the seat position changing function in a cabin by solving a problem that the seat position cannot be arbitrarily changed by moving a seat body only in the longitudinal direction in the cabin though a disabled person can easily get in/get out the vehicle by interlocking the rotation of the seat body with the sliding motion in the longitudinal direction in the conventional vehicle seat. SOLUTION: A rotating means 30 to rotate the seat body comprises an inner wheel 31 and an outer wheel 32 which are rotated concentrically with each other, and connection gears which are rotated concentrically with each other are disposed on the outer wheel 32. By integrating the interlocking gear 33 with the outer wheel 32, the condition of the seat body can be changed over to the interlocking condition in which the rotation of the seat body is interlocked with the sliding motion in the longitudinal direction. By setting the interlocking gear 33 to be relatively rotatable to the outer wheel 32, the condition of the seat body can be changed over to the non-interlocking condition in which the rotation of the seat body is non-related to the sliding motion in the longitudinal direction.
