PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological camera capable of automatically setting the parameter. SOLUTION: The ophthalmological camera comprises a fundus camera 10 with an observation optical system 50 for observing an examined eye, a relay lens unit 70 to be detachably mounted on the fundus camera 10, and a TV camera 80 to be detachably mounted on the relay lens unit 70. The relay lens unit 70 has a memory for storing caules of the parameter of the TV camera 80, and a control means for reading out the values of the parameter corresponding to a photographing mode set by the fundus camera 10 from the memory and outputting value signals indicating the read-out values. The TV camera 80 has a parameter setting means for setting the values of the parameter based on the value signals.
