PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-generating dispenser which generates sound when a liquid is dispensed, and consequently, servers for promotion of a sanitary action, assistance to a visually challenging person, recreation, and the like. SOLUTION: An actuator 30 is arranged inside a pimp dispenser 20 having a contact surface, a first end and a base, and the base has a protrusion or a male adapter and the periphery of a pedestal 10 for receiving the pump dispenser 20 is larger than the base. Further, the surface of the pedestal 10 has a dent which comes into contact with the contact surface of the pump dispenser 20 so that the male adapter fits into the dent and a flexible member 40 inside the pedestal 10 surrounds a pressure-actuated sound generator 50. When the pressure-actuated sound generator 50 comes into contact with the contact surface of the pump dispenser 20 to actuate the pump dispenser 20, the flexible members 40 is compressed and the pressure-actuated sound-generating dispenser is actuated to generate the sound. The lower face of the pedestal 10 discharges the surplus liquid and has a hole which works as a volume regulator and, when a speaker of the pressure-actuated sound generator 50 is aligned with the hole, the generated sound is high. The engraving-fashioned appearance of the pump dispenser 20 harmonized with the sound generated inside the pedestal 10.
