PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary bathtub which is soft, safe, less prone to soil and controls multiplication of germs and molds. SOLUTION: A surface layer of a soft material made of thermoplastic elastomer layer 4 containing a substance whose surface free energy is smaller than thermoplastic elastomer is laminated on and integrated with a backup base member 2 made of a resin material and it is made possible to provide a bathtub which has a soft surface and is less prone to soil and sanitary.
