PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally fusible resin composition capable of being thermally fused with various resin while having practically sufficient physical characteristics, and further having such flexibility as to be easily controlled. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains (a) a block copolymer which is formed out of at least two of polymer blocks A mainly comprising a vinyl aromatic compound and at least one of polymer block B mainly comprising a conjugated diene compound and/or a block copolymer obtained by hydrogenating the above block copolymer in an amount of 100 pts.wt., (b) a copolymer comprising a monomer component of a cyanided vinyl compound, a rubber component, a monomer component of an aromatic vinyl compound, and the other copolymerizable components to be arbitrarily added in an amount of 50-500 pts.wt., and (c) a non-aromatic softener for rubber in an amount of 50-250 pts.wt.
