PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of an onboard appliance which can suppress any damage on the appearance. SOLUTION: The fitting structure 1 is fitted to an instrument panel 3 of an automobile. The fitting structure 1 comprises a panel fitting portion 9, a support shaft 10, a first cover 11, a second cover 12, an oscillating displacement allowing support portion 13, and a rotational displacement allowing support portion 14. The panel fitting portion 9 is fitted to the instrument panel 3. The support shaft 10 is extended in the direction separating from the panel fitting portion 9. The first cover 11 comprises a cover body 18 with an outer circumferential surface 20 formed in a spherical shape and a through hole 19. The support shaft 10 is passed through the through hole 19. The second cover 12 comprises a concave curved surface portion 21 to be agreed with the outer circumferential surface 20 and a long hole 24. The oscillating displacement allowing support portion 13 supports the second cover 12 with respect to the first cover around the axis Q orthogonal to the support shaft 10 in a displaceable manner. The rotational displacement allowing support portion 14 supports the appliance 2 around the support shaft 10 in a displaceable manner.
