PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the control of the electroconductivity is extremely difficult in a region of higher volume resistivity than a threshold value (about 105 to 107Ωcm) though electroconductivity imparting effects can be obtained by adding carbon black to an addition type curable composition comprising an alkenyl group-containing isobutylene-based polymer, a hydrosilyl group-containing compound and a hydrosilylating catalyst. SOLUTION: This curable composition is obtained by including (A) an isobutylene-based polymer having 2,000-30,000 molecular weight and at least one alkenyl group capable of carrying out a hydrosilylating reaction at the molecular terminal, (B) a compound having at least two hydrosilyl groups in the molecule, (C) a hydrosilyating catalyst, (D) carbon black and (E) at least one kind of compound selected from the group consisting of an organotitanium compound, an organoaluminum compound and a compound having a hydrolyzable silicon substituent group as essential components.
