PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicinal composition which is effective for chronic rhinitis syndrome caused by influenza and rhinitis such as chronic allergic rhinitis, can especially be used for a long period, and is effective for removing or reducing nasal obstruction. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition comprises the following ingredients (a) and (b); (a) a selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibiting non-steroidal antiinflammatory medicine, (b) an antiallergic or antihistaminic medicine.
