PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive stencil printing paper capable of obtaining a printed product having a stable image density from a first printing sheet even by printing with a high image quality printer type and obtaining a printed product having a clear image quality without void. SOLUTION: The heat sensitive stencil printing paper comprises a thermoplastic resin film and a porous support. In this case, an Oken type smoothness defined by a text of a porous support surface of the paper is 0.5 to 15 s or less.
