PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a single packaging machine to use films different in nature in common. SOLUTION: Side plates 20 for contact-guiding sides of a film F formed into a cylinder are placed on an upper surface of a pair of fixed plates 16, 16 for supporting and guiding a lower portion of the cylindrical film F. A swing plate 24 for supporting and guiding the lower portion of the film F formed into a cylinder is horizontally swingably pivoted to the upper surface of each fixed plate 16. An introduction plate 32 for supporting and guiding the lower portion of the film F formed into a cylinder is horizontally swingably pivoted to a lower surface of each side plate 20. A bag-making wing 56 for setting a bag-making height of the cylindrical film F is placed at an upstream end of each side plate 20. An anti-adhesion treatment of the film is performed on surfaces of the bag-making wing 56, the side plates 20, the introduction plate 32, the swing plate 24, the fixed plates 16, a guide plate or the like on which the film F passes through in contact.
