PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a block of which the surface is rocklike by using a form. SOLUTION: Concrete C is placed onto a bottom form 1 of which the inner surface is recessed, a top form 2 of which the inner surface is formed corresponding to a rocklike surface is superimposed on an upper part of the concrete and fixed by pressing down. After curing the concrete, the top and bottom forms 2 and 1 are released. An air vent 3 and an adjusting hole are formed to the top form 2. Blocking covers 5 and 6 can be fitted to the adjusting hole.
