PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the conveyor belt of a Pachinko ball lifter which conveys pachinko balls by putting the balls between a conveyor belt and a guide plate from deviation and to easily correct the track when the deviation is generated. SOLUTION: Projected bars 31 are formed on the outer circumferential face of a tension roller 16A and the outer circumferential faces of the projected bars 31 are made contact faces 32 to be in contact with the surface of a conveyor belt 15. The direction of the axis line of the tension roller 16A is adjustable along the surface of the conveyor belt 15. Thus, the conveyor belt 15 can run in circulation on a constant track. Even if the tack is deviated by influence of a foreign matter, the direction of the axis line of the tension roller can be changed to easily correct the track of the conveyor belt 15.
