PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making automatic peeler for peeling off a coating material from a coated bolt, which can easily cut off a desired range of the coating material of the coated bolt to expose the bolt and quickly and easily cut off the coating material, for instance, using a rotary tool that a worker is carrying. SOLUTION: A guide hole 3 into which a bolt 2 coated with a coating material is inserted and a bolt inserting hole 4 which is equipped at a deep side of the guide hole 3, communicated with the guide hole 3, and has a diameter slightly smaller than that of the guide hole 3 to almost match the outer diameter of the bolt 2 whose coating material 1 is removed are equipped on the peeler body 7. A connection part 5 connected to a rotation drive source is equipped on the peeler body 7. A cutter blade 6 to cut the coating material 1 not inserted into the bolt inserting hole 4 is equipped on the hole edge part at the tip end side of the bolt inserting hole 4 or the hole edge part at the deep end side. The coating material 1 cut with the cutter blade 6 is discharged through a discharging part 8. This automatic peeler to peel off the coating material is constituted as above.
