PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain tasteful water from which plus ions are removed. SOLUTION: Tap water is filled in a septic tank 10. A water cleaning sheet 11 is affixed to the inner peripheral surface and base surface of a water storage tank 16 and four water cleaning rods 12 are mounted at equal intervals at the further inside of the cleaning sheet 11 within the water storage tank 16. Minus ions are released from the cleaning sheet 11 and the water cleaning rods 12. The plus ions are removed from the tap water in the septic tank 10 by the effect of the minus ions.
