PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter hopper which is used for a cooked rice-molding machine, has rotary cooked rice-loosing blades therein, and makes it possible to efficiently carry out washing treatments, troubleshooting, part exchanges, and the like. SOLUTION: This lifter hopper for a cooked rice-molding machine, obtained by vertically disposing guide pillars 2, 2' on a base 1, disposing along the guide pillar 2 a reciprocatively rotatably conveyer 7 on whose front side supports brackets 6 capable of being lifted or lowered along the guide pillar, connecting the rear one end of a cooked rice hopper 3 having rotary cooked rice-loosing blades 11 in the inner lower portion to the conveyer 7 in a state that the rive hopper 3 can be rotated on a support shaft 18b in the horizontal direction, and forming the rear other end in a state capable of being fixed to a guide pillar 21 with a fastener 19 or the like. At the lifting stop positions of the brackets 6, the rice-discharging port of the cooked rice hopper 3 faces the rice-supplying mechanism 24 of the cooked rice molding machine B. The rice hopper 3 can be rotated in the horizontal direction, and can thus be disposed outside the cooked rice-molding machine, and lowered or lifted.
