PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage to core metal by smoothly rolling a rolling wheel by minimizing impact when the rolling wheel successively transfers on rolling wheel traveling parts of an upper surface of the parallel core metal. SOLUTION: An upper surface of a top part of projecting bodies oppositely erected in a pair in an upper surface side central part of the core metal is preformed in a shape on the basis of the shape formed by initial abrasion caused by the impact when the rolling wheel successively transfers on the upper surface of the parallel rolling wheel traveling parts when used by forming the upper surface in a flat rolling wheel traveling part.
