PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a game machine and a game system in which data stored with a backup power source can be erased. SOLUTION: A clear signal output circuit 84 mounted on a power source board 80 is connected to a built-in RAM clear terminal CLEAR of a microprocessor 110 mounted on a main board 110 via a signal line 85a, a connector CN2a and a line L1b. A switch SW2 is connected midway the line L1b. When a switch SW2 is closed, a memory clear signal is sent from the clear signal output circuit 84 to the microprocessor 110, and data generated during a game and stored as backup in a built-in RAM 116 are erased.
