<p>Disclosed are compounds of general formula (III), wherein R1 is phenyl, optionally substituted by fluor, chlorine or bromine; R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen atom, alkyl with C1-6, phenyl, optionally substituted by fluor, chlorine or bromine, or group of general formula -CONR5R6, wherein R5 and R6 are independently hydrogen atom or phenyl, optionally substituted by fluor, chlorine or bromine; R4 is alkyl with C1-4; R8 and R9 are always phenyl and R11 and R12 are independently always alkyl with C1-3. These pyrrolcarboxamides are hypolipidemically and hypocholesterolemically effective and may be used as intermediates for production of trans-6-[2-(substituted-pyrrol-1-yl)alkyl]pyran-2-ones, which are also hypolipidemic and hypocholesterolemic agents.</p> |
