PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the number of parts, to simplify the shape of each part for reducing machining man-hours, and increase the degree of freedom in used material so as to reduce the size, the weight and costs. SOLUTION: According to progress of rotation, a minor axis part of a rotational eccentric cam 18a is opposed to a plate spring 11 similarly to an initial state, a projection part 19 at the tip of the plate spring compresses a transfusion tube 11, and consequently, a liquid is pressed out to the downstream side so as to be discharged from an outlet. |
