SOLUTION: In this dental refrigerant painkilling apparatus having a holding part 44 held by an operator or an operating tool, a cold air supply means 10 connected to one end of the holding part, and a nozzle 46 connected to the other end of the holding part to jet cold air, the tip of the nozzle 46 is bent at a designated angle, and the tip of the nozzle 46 is fitted with a lesion abutting member 50 having a discharge hole 56 for discharging cold air on the holding part 44 side. |
