PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooking KAKIAGE, by which the KAKIAGE can be prepared in a uniform size and also easily prepared in a size having a thickness of >=20 cm. SOLUTION: This method for cooking KAKIAGE, characterized by comprising at least a process for using a pan which has a flame cylinder 11 vertically disposed at the center of the pan and has good heating efficiency, charging and heating an edible oil in the pan, and putting many tools 2 having many small holes 2a in the outer peripheries and many notches 2b at the lower edges, respectively, in the oil, a process for placing raw materials for the KAKIAGE into the tools 2 with a wooden tablespoon or the like in prescribed heights, respectively, and a process for picking the raw materials placed in the tools 2 with a bar-like tool to reduce the difference between the temperatures of the surface portion and inner portion of the raw material. |
