METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BLOCK HAVING INCINERATION ASH AS MAIN MATERIAL BY USING VIBRATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a block capable of easily manufacturing the block in an operation yard near a construction field though the block is huge without using a vibration base consuming a considerable equipment cost. SOLUTION: A vibration device is respectively provided at a plurality of positions ranging from a lower part to an upper part of a form for manufacturing a block. A kneaded material generated by kneading materials containing much incineration ash, cement and water of water powder ratio of almost optimum water containing ratio, is casted into a block manufacturing form. As the casted kneaded material is increased, the vibration device to be operated is successively changed by a lower part device to an upper part device. Thereby a vibration position is moved from the lower part to the upper part, and the kneaded material is made to be of a fluid state.
