PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die exchange system reducing a drive part and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The die change apparatus consists of a guide rail 3 horizontally mounted to a hemming machine 1, a die group 20, in which lower dies 2b of a die 2 consisting of an upper die 2a and a lower die 2b are connected to each other in plural and are movably erected on the guide rail 3 in the horizontal direction, and a cylinder 4 to move the die group 20 in the horizontal direction so that a desired die 2 in the die group 20 is moved to a required position.
