SOLUTION: This transplanter with a fertilizer applicator, characterized by disposing a fertilizer-applying nozzle 2 for synchronously applying a fertilizer at a lateral side position close to a seedling-planting bill 1 which is opened or closed in the longitudinal direction, receives and holds seedlings, and plants the seedlings in the soil surface.
