PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercising machine for ankle joints which achieves an exercising of ankle joints without excessive load at a lying or sitting attitude. SOLUTION: Retaining members (12a and 12b) made retainable respectively at toe parts pinching toe webs of a human foot are provided at both ends of a string-like body (11) which is inserted into left and right guide holes (4a and 4b) arranged piercing the top part of a roughly flat plate-shaped base (2) and returned on a tension pulley (7) at an intermediate part thereof. |
