PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wrong recognition of a power failure from occurring, and perform a quick motion return at instantaneous power breakage by performing a discharging for parts in response to a detected variation amount of the voltage level. SOLUTION: For parts 109 and 110 for which a power supplying does not need to be performed in a pattern display device 100, power is not immediately shut off even when a variation of a specified voltage level is detected in a power source device 20. Then, in response to the detected variation amount of the voltage level, a discharging is performed for the parts 109 and 110.
