AIR FILTER ATTACHING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the attaching/detaching work of an air filter. SOLUTION: The air filter 30 has a curved shape forming a part of a cylindrical surface and a hand hook part 34 bent into an L-shape is formed to one end edge par of the air filter and three locking projections 35 are provided on the surface on the side opposite to the hand hook part of the filter. A large number of suction ports 23A are formed to the front upper half part of a cover 23 and a horizontally oblong slit 23B is formed to the cover in the vicinity of the lower end of the upper half part and the air filter 30 can be inserted herein. In the attaching state of the air filter 30, the intermediate part of the air filter 30 comes into contact with a support rib 23C of the cover 23 elastically and the leading end part thereof is pressed to the inner surface of the upper part of the cover 23 by elastic force and the locking projections 35 on the base end of the air filter are pressed to the opening edge part of the slit 23B to become a stretching form in a filter housing space 24 by the elastic force of the air filter 30.
