PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a hollow ceramic article having a hollow ink chamber such as an ink jet head or a hollow part such as a nozzle hole by a new process in place of conventional production process to facilitate the production, stabilize the quality and improve the yield. SOLUTION: An integrated hollow part is produced by laminating plural green sheets 2, 6, 7, 8. In the above method, an arbitrary cavity is formed on the green sheet for each plate by precision machining or laser processing, the cavity is filled with a filler 12 removable by physical or chemical treatment, the green sheets for the plates are integrated by lamination and firing and the filler 12 is removed by the physical or chemical treatment. |
