PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump dispenser in which the state of locking can be confirmed certainly even though a capping torque for screwing an upper cap and an ejector head together is small while an opening torque being strong to some extent is required when releasing the state of locking for preventing an inadvertent release of the state of locking. SOLUTION: While a cylinder is erected at the top of a cylindrical part in a small diameter of the upper cap of the liquid discharging pump dispenser with a ratchet provided at its outside, a fitting cylinder having a holding piece is hung down from the top of the ejector head screwed together with the upper cap so that the holding piece can be engaged with the ratchet. |
