PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric substance ceramic composition becoming a dense sintered compact by a low-temperature firing at <=1,000 deg.C, having a high dielectric constant, a high Q value and high insulating properties. SOLUTION: This dielectric substance ceramic composition is obtained by mixing dielectric substance ceramic powder represented by the general formula (Ba1-xCax)O}m(Ti1-yZry)O2 (0.02<=x<=0.22, 0.05<=y<=0.20, 1.00<=m<=1.05) with Bi2O3-SiO2-based glass powder and firing the mixture. |
