PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document slip processing device capable of electronically storing an output image as it is efficiently in a ledger, wherein a document slip is to be added for each transaction. SOLUTION: Inputted transaction information is stored successively in a transaction file. At the time of executing closing process printing, transaction information data in the closing process range are extracted from the transaction file so as to be stored electronically as ledger electronic storage data with closing line information added collectively. Moreover, in the case where change of the transaction information, or the like is generated with respect to the ledger electronic storage data already stored electronically, the electronic storage process is executed again in the closing processing range including the data of the transaction information. The ledger electronic storage data before the change are stored as they are as a change history. |
