<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for rapidly cleaning a piping without giving a bad influence to the environment. SOLUTION: This cleaning device, which is operated by using a cooling medium containing no chlorine content for cleaning the existing pipeline and supplying the vapor-liquid two-phase stream of the cooling medium to the piping, has a liquid feeding means for feeding the cooling medium as liquid, a heating means for heating the cooling medium fed by the liquid feeding means to produce the vapor-liquid two-phase stream by vaporizing a part of the cooling medium and a cooling means for cooling and liquefying the vapor content of the vapor-liquid two-phase stream on the downstream side of the position where the vapor-liquid two-phase stream passed through the piping, on the inside of which the subject to be cleaned is deposited, and sending the liquefied cooling medium again to the feeding means.</p> |
