PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an attachment without rewinding a wire rope wound on a winch. SOLUTION: When the specification is changed from a crane specification to a tower specification, a second rope 9 used in the crane specification is taken up on a winding drum 20a of a second winch 10, and then fixed in the drum circumferential direction or in a compressed state by using a first rope band 30 and a second rope band 40, to change the crane into the attachment constitution for the tower specification.
