PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser having an ice bank type cooling mechanism capable of suitably cooling a beverage by a small amount of cooling water. SOLUTION: Cooling water is housed in the space between a water tank 39 and a cylindrical beverage cooling tank 41. A cooling pipe 47, of which the planar shape is square, is provided to the periphery of the beverage cooling tank and cylindrical ice 48 having a square cross section is formed in the vicinity of the cooling pipe and four spaces B are formed between four corners of the ice and the beverage cooling tank. The discharge ports 57 of a circulating pipe 53 are arranged upwardly under the respective spaces so as to discharge cooling water to the corresponding spaces. By this constitution, cooling water is directly discharged to the spaces between the ice 45 and the beverage cooling tank and even in a state of little cooling water like a full-icy state, suitable cooling capacity can be obtained.
