PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground bait apparatus capable of much more surely carrying out the double locking of a bottom cover 30 and surely confirming the locking state. SOLUTION: This ground bait apparatus is equipped with a first fastening mechanism 100 for fixing the bottom cover 30 in a closed state of an opening 26 and a second fastening mechanism 200 for fixing the bottom cover 30 in a closed state of the opening 26 different from the first fasting mechanism 100 so as to surely carry out the double locking of the bottom cover 30. The main part of the first fastening mechanism 100 is composed of a fastening lever 150 made of a spring. The fastening lever 150 not only fastens the bottom cover 30 but also restricts the movement of a second link 232 being a constitutent element of the second fastening mechanism 200.
